In addition CINC is qualfied to ASME NQA-1 for nuclear quality assurance.
We maintain a full in-house manufacturing facility to ensure full control of quality to ensure our products meet the highest quality
and performance standards.
Our units are available with ATEX 100 and CE certification for use in the European Union.
Quality Policy and Objectives
CINC Industries’ quality policy is to achieve sustained, profitable growth by providingservices which consistently satisfy the needs and expectations of its customers; to ensure compliance with relevant statutory, safety, and customer requirements. The management and staff of CINC Industries strive to make an earnest commitment to continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
To achieve this level of customer satisfaction we strive to achieve 95% or better on time delivery, to have less than 2% scrap/discrepancy rate and to meet or exceed the functional level of quality set forth in the CINC Industries Quality Management System, and as observed by collecting data regarding processes and operations.
This level of quality is achieved through adoption of a system of procedures that reflect the competence of the Company to existing customers, potential customers, and independent auditing authorities.
Achievement of this policy involves all staff, who are individually responsible for the quality of their work, resulting in a continually improving working environment for all. This policy is provided and explained to each employee by the Managing Director or Quality Manager.
To achieve and maintain the required level of assurance the President retains responsibility for the Quality System with routine operation controlled by the Quality Manager.
The objectives of the Quality Management System are:
